Being a builder I believe our industry has one of the most rewarding aspects of them all, build peoples dreams. But dreams are more that just granite countertops and tile walk-in showers, to truly satisfy your client’s dreams you must be able to provide them everything they want in the easiest, efficient and most comfortable way as possible. Therefore, the overall goal when meeting with a potential client is to not sell them a home, but to provide your client with the necessary information they need so that they want to build a home with your company.

 

My company does this by tearing down, piece by piece, the personal uncertainties my client’s might have about the construction process and my abilities as a contractor. I present to them in a booklet form, which they get to take home, the step-by-step process of building their home. Some of the steps include selection and budget lists, change orders, walk-throughs and warranties, which in the end reveals that my company has the capacity and the experience to deliver what we say we will deliver – a fluid process which delivers their dream home. Ask anyone who has built a home and they will agree that providing trustworthy and reliable service is the biggest value any builder can bring to the table.
