Bill brings to the table over 31 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from commercial to residential building. His home building history was as the framing contractor or superintendent on over 50 large custom homes in the Boise Valley. Bill's knowledge of construction and safety is staggering, but his best asset is his people skills. Bill's inherent drive for learning new building concepts is what makes him thrive in the exciting world of “Certified Green Building”. Bill’s certified green building experience has made him one of Boise’s most premier project managers. Bill has been an instrumental contributor to “The St. Jude Dream Home Program”, which Flynner Home’s have built.

David has over eighteen years of experience in the construction industry, mainly in residential remodel, framing, finish carpentry, and residential electrical. He has worked extensively with historic homes, ranging from American Four-Squares and bungalows in Boise's North End, to Victorians and mid-century moderns in the Bay Area. He has a Bachelor of Science from Boise State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis Geology.
